# Good To Know

* **Claim Inactivity -** To keep the server fresh, claims that are inactive may be subject to removal if they interfere with other players. We will try our best to contact you if your claim is at risk of being removed. A claim is considered inactive **when the claim owner has not logged onto the server for three weeks**.
* **Staff decision is final -** If you feel a punishment has been made in error or is unfair, please submit a ticket on our Discord. Any aggressive behaviour towards our staff members will not be tolerated.
* **Lost Items -** We will only refund items lost to server glitches if there is clear video proof of the incident happening. We recommend having clipping software installed. **Any items lost to Clear Lag will not be refunded.**
